A bill of sale records that a vehicle changed hands: who sold it, who bought it, the price, the date, and the vehicle with its VIN and odometer reading. It’s sold “as is”. Fill in the vehicle and sale details, then send it to the buyer and seller to sign.
Some states require their own bill of sale or odometer disclosure form, or a notarized signature, before they’ll register the vehicle. Check with your state’s DMV, and sign the title as well where your state requires it.
