Questions about PDF to Word

Can I convert a scanned PDF to Word?

A scanned PDF is a picture of text, so there's no text to convert yet. Making scans searchable (OCR) is coming soon.

Will the layout look exactly the same?

Text and its formatting come across. Complex layouts, like many columns or text over images, may need some tidying in Word.

Is it free?

Yes. You can convert PDFs to Word without an account.

Only need a small change?

You can change a PDF's text directly with Edit PDF, without converting it to Word and back.
