About this template
A one-way NDA: one side shares confidential information (a business plan, a product, client details) and the other agrees to keep it confidential and use it only for the purpose you write in.
You fill in the date, both parties, the purpose, how many years it lasts and which law applies. If both sides will share confidential information, ask a lawyer to adapt it into a mutual NDA.
This template is general information, not legal advice. Laws differ between states and countries, so for an important agreement, ask a lawyer to review it.
