About this template
A short, friendly offer letter: the job title, who they report to, pay, start date and where they’ll work. You fill in the details before sending; the candidate signs to accept, and you both keep the signed copy.
It describes U.S. at-will employment and makes the offer depend on the candidate showing they can work in the U.S. Don’t use it where employment isn’t at will, or to promise things (like a fixed term) that need a full employment contract.
This template is general information, not legal advice. Laws differ between states and countries, so for an important agreement, ask a lawyer to review it.
